Ghost of Tsushima is launching on June 26 on PS4, New Story Trailer revealed


Ghost of Tsushima, which is a third-person action-adventure game from Sucker Punch Productions, has now got her new release date. Sony has already shared a new story trailer for the game, through its PlayStation account on YouTube and this has revealed June 26 as the release date for the game.

This will be a PlayStation 4 exclusive and hence, it will disappoint PC and Xbox users. The PlayStation website has seen an upgrade with the details of the game now being made available for pre-orders.

As per the story trailer, there are hints on the mechanics of the gameplay which are present in Ghost of Tsushima, along with some parts of the story. Jin Sakai, who is called “a vengeful spirit back from the grave to slaughter the Mongols”, has to put into use a number of unconventional ways to fight the oppressors and then to deal with inner conflict which has made him fight as per his code as a samurai.

The game, Ghost of Tsushima is based in 13th century feudal Japan and the user can play as Jin Sakai, who is a samurai warrior and is one of the last surviving members of his clan. Jinhas set out on a journey in order to reclaim his home and also protect all the people from the massive Mongol invasion fleet.

The game comes with five editions of the game which are called Collector’s Edition – $169.99 (roughly Rs. 12,500), Special Edition – $69.99 (roughly Rs. 5,100), Digital Deluxe Edition – $69.99 (roughly Rs. 5,100), Launch Edition, and a Standard Edition – $59.99 (roughly Rs. 4,400).

Now if you pre-order any of these, you will also avail a Ghost of Tsushima Jin Avatar, the Digital Mini Soundtrack, and a Dynamic Theme. This collector’s edition comes with a Sakai Mask with a stand, a cloth map, a SteelBook case, and a 48-page mini art book by Dark Horse.

All the other editions of the game will also come with the physical copy of the game.
