Google has been getting very aggressive with the pricing of the newly launched Pixel 4a as well as Nest Audio in India. Now, before the official release, the tech giant has announced the India pricing for the Pixel 4a and Nest Audio smart speaker.
The Pixel 4a has been launched at Rs 31,999 in the country and now, Google has set a special price for the phone at Rs 29,999. The Nest Audio smart speaker has been rolled out at Rs 7,999. The introductory price of the smart speaker has been priced at Rs 6,999 in the country.
Across the globe, the Pixel 4a is priced at $349 (approx Rs 25,673). Now, Google is taking on the game in the Indian market very seriously and the pricing of the Pixel 4a is quite aggressive. Now, among the three Pixel phones launched recently, only the Pixel 4a will be available in India, the Pixel 4a 5G and Pixel 5 will not be released. This new Pixel 4a comes in just one variant 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
It needs to be understood here that both the Pixel 4a and Nest Audio will be available on Flipkart as part of their Big Billion Day Specials, starting Friday, October 16. While the Pixel 4a will continue to be available on Flipkart, Nest Audio smart speaker can be availed at retail outlets across the country at Reliance Retail and Tata Cliq.
What are the specifications?
The Google Pixel 4a chugs along on Android 10 and it comes with a 5.81-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,340 pixels) OLED display and it will have a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 443ppi of pixel density. Also, this phone will come on Always-on display support. As far as under the hood is concerned, there is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC, coupled with 6GB LPDDR4x RAM.
This phone comes with a number of connectivity options that includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, and a USB Type-C port.
