It has been only five months since Google launched the Google Pixel 4a smartphone and now there are reports that suggest that the work is on about its next-generation budget smartphone, the Google Pixel 5a. We now have a new report that gives us the first glimpse of the phone.
Slash Leaks has shared a number of images of the upcoming Pixel 5a smartphone that show us how the front of the phone would look like. Now, we can see that the phone will come with a punch-hole display that will have a selfie camera. It is similar to the Pixel 4a smartphone. Now, the camera will be in the top narrow bezel of the phone.
WHAT DO THE IMAGES SAY?

As far as the cameras and photos are concerned, the upcoming Pixel 5a smartphone will come with a video stabilization feature and it is similar to the Pixel 4a 5G and the Pixel 5 smartphones.
Also, it will have a Standard option for light movements, a Locked option for faraway still shots. There is an active option for heavy movements and also has a cinematic pan option for panning shots.
The images also show that the Pixel 5a smartphone will come with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Now, there is no word on an official launch date yet, but if all goes well, Google is expected to launch the Pixel 4a successor in May this year. It will be similar to its first budget smartphone, the Pixel 3a two years back.
