HTC Wildfire E3 relies on MediaTek’s Helio P22 processor and it will also come with 4GB of RAM.
HTC on Sunday rolled out a new smartphone under its Wildfire series. It has been called Wildfire E3, and the phone is currently available in Russia. The phone is priced around Eur 150 ( ₹13,000 approximately). Now, we do not have any word on when the phone will finally be rolled out in other markets.
HTC Wildfire E3 specifications and features
This new phone come in a couple of colour options – black and blue. It measures 165.7 x 76.57 x 8mm and weighs about 186 grams. It has a 6.51-inch display with HD+ resolution and an IPS panel.
As far as performance is concerned, HTC Wildfire E3 relies on MediaTek’s Helio P22 processor and it will also come with 4GB of RAM and will be available in two storage variants, 64GB and 128GB. And there is also a microSD card slot for expandable storage. The phone will draw all its power from a 4,000mAh battery and it will ship with a 10W charger.
As far as the photography is concerned, the handset offers a quad-camera setup on the back. The configuration consists of a 13-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, as well as a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It also has an LED flash on the back. On the front, it comes with a 13-megapixel camera for selfies.
The other features of the latest phone include Bluetooth 4.2, rear fingerprint reader, 3.5mm headphone jack, and dual-SIM support.
How does it compare to Wildfire E2
HTC had launched the Wildfire E2 back in in August last year. It came with a 6.21-inch IPS display with HD+ resolution. It chugs along on MediaTek’s Helio P22 processor and it is paired with 4GB of RAM. It also packs 64GB of built-in storage and supports a microSD card for expandable storage up to 128GB. A 4,000mAh battery powered the phone.
