Moto G8 : Recently Leaked Video Teases About Features And Design

Recently Lenovo owned smartphone maker Motorola launched two new smartphones in Brazil under Moto G series, Moto G8 Plus and Moto G8 Play. The former was soon launched in Indian market too. As soon as this smartphone was launched market was filled with rumours that Motorola is planning to launch the base variant of this smartphone, which is rumoured as Moto G8.

 

Leaked Video

With rumours came a video, claimed as a leaked promotional video of the upcoming variant of Moto G8 Plus. Notoriously famous tipster, Evan Blass who can be found on Twitter (@evleaks), tweeted this alleged leaked promotional video. This video is claimed to give us a sneak peek at the upcoming smartphone. This video does not give away much features and specifications of the smartphone but it is revealing the design ahead of the official launch.

Colors, Design And Camera

From the leaked video we can clearly tell that the smartphone will be available in three color variants, Blue, Red and Black. It is also visible in the video tweeted by Evan Blass that the upcoming Moto G8 will support a water drop notch at the top which will be housing the front selfie camera.

Rear Camera

While the front selfie camera is housed in a Waterdrop notch in top front of the smartphone. The back of the smartphone houses three cameras. The camera module at the back of the smartphone is almost similar to module placement of Moto G8 Plus and it has two cameras in one module while other sits on top of it. It is likely to have a 48-megapixel primary sensor. The other two sensors will most likely be the wide-angle camera and a depth sensor.

Price

Moto G8 Plus is currently available for sale in India in budget range, Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 Soc powered model is available at Rs. 13,999, which houses the 4,000mAh battery. While Motorola will mostly be using same processor in upcoming Moto G8, It may come with a smaller battery power.
