Oppo A31 has now officially been launched in India. The latest lower mid-range smartphone has hinged its bet on its triple cameras, 20:9 display, and the processor. The phone was earlier launched in Indonesia earlier this month and now that it has made its presence in India, we can safely say that there are no differences in the configurations of the models in India and Indonesia. Also, the pricing is similar.
The phone has been launched in India in two different variants – the 4GB/64GB model which is priced at Rs 11,490 and the 6GB/128GB variant is priced at Rs 13,990. The sale for the former will start on Saturday, February 29 while the other one will be on sale from the second week of March. As per a press release, both these models will be made available on online and offline channels and will be launched in Mystery Black and Fantasy White colours.
Oppo A31 Specifications
The Oppo A31 chugs along on ColorOS 6.1.2 based on Android 9 Pie but the company could well have ColorOS 7 in the future. The smartphone comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720×1600 pixels and it comes with an aspect ratio of 20:9.
The display is also protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor under the hood which is couple with a 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. One can also expand the storage using a microSD card by up to 256GB. This phone has a physical fingerprint sensor as well.
As far as the camera is concerned, the Oppo A31 has three cameras at the back and there is a 12-megapixel main sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. Also, there is an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
