Poco on Monday has revealed a number of key features for the upcoming Poco M3. It is slated to be launched on November 24. As per Poco, Poco M3 will come with a 6,000mAh battery and it will run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 662 processor.
Apart from the chipset and a brief glimpse of the design, Poco has also confirmed that Poco M3 will be launched with a 6.53-inch display with a waterdrop-like notch on the front. There is another official teaser which said that the phone has a triple camera setup and it is staked in a square-like camera module on the back.
All these official teasers and specs are in line with the recently leaked renders of the phone. As per reliable leakster Ishan Agarwal, Poco M3 comes with a textured back panel and it has a relatively larger wide camera array. It can be seen in bright grey and blue colours.
The leakster also went on to say that Poco M3 will come with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. As per several reports, the upcoming Poco phone will have 4GB of RAM. It is said to come with Android 10-based MIUI 12 out-of-the-box.
Rumours say that the triple rear camera setup will feature a 48-megapixel primary sensor. For selfies, Poco M3 will offer an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The 6,000mAh battery will be coupled with 18W fast charging.
As things stand currently, Poco offers Poco M2 and M2 Pro in the M-series lineup. Poco M2 is available for a starting price of ₹10,999. On the other hand, the M2 Pro is available for a starting price of ₹13,999. Both these phones are available online through Flipkart.
Poco M3 will be rolled out on November 24 at a special virtual event, scheduled for 20:00GMT+8 (5:30 PM IST on November 25). Also, you will be able to watch the livestream through the company’s official website and social media handles.
