The phone will be available in Denim Blue and Pearl White
Ending months of wait, Motorola has finally launched the Motorola One Action. This new smartphone has hinged all its hopes on the camera as it is planning to match the experience of Go Pro through an action camera. Motorola One Action’s camera setup has an ultra-wide-angle lens which has a 117-degree field of view. This camera has the ability to shoot landscapes in portrait mode.
As per the features, the Motorola One Action will be made available in Denim Blue and Pearl White colour options. Also, the smartphone has been priced at Rs 13,999 and will go on sale on August 30 via Flipkart.com. It has partnered with Reliance Jio to offer different cashback offers.
We now take a look at the specifications:
This particular phone comes with a 6.3-inch full HD+ 21:9 aspect ratio, as seen on Motorola One Vision. It will also be based on Android One; it will run on Android Pie out-of-the-box and is scheduled to receive Android 10 whenever it’s officially rolled out.
This phone is also the company’s first phone which has a triple-rear camera setup. It comes with 12-megapixel primary sensor, 5-megapixel depth sensor and 16-megapixel telephoto sensor. Also, it has a 12-megapixel front-facing (punch-hole) camera. If we note the rear camera, it comes with enhanced video stabilisation, shot optimization, smart composition, and auto smile capture.
If we look at the performance, Motorola One Action is using Samsung Exynos 9609 processor which has 2.2 GHz Octa-core CPU and Mali G72 MP3 GPU, and is also coupled with 4GB of RAM. It comes with 128GB built-in storage and offers support to microSD for expandable storage.
Powered by a 3,500mAh battery which is claimed to deliver full day back up on single charge, Motorola also comes with USB-C 10W rapid charger. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the back. The phone is rolled out with the company’s gesture ‘Moto Experience’ features. As an example, users can only twirl the wrist to switch on a camera app.
