Nokia 9 PureView is finally in India as HMD Global quietly launched its 2019 flagship smartphone in the country on Wednesday. This comes five months after it made its debut at MWC 2019. This has been a hugely anticipated development as the latest phone has a five-camera setup.
Also, it sports a premium glass design, stock Android Pie software, 2k pOLED display among other fascinating features. It has been launched in India with the best buy price of Rs. 49,999 – very similar to the price of the Nokia 8 Sirocco which was rolled out last year.
The phone will be made available in Midnight Blue colour from July 10 on and Flipkart. Also, it will go on sale across top mobile retail outlets in India from July 17.

Nokia 9 PureView specifications

As mentioned earlier, the biggest attraction of this phone is the presence of a five-camera setup with Zeiss optics. All the five cameras are located on the back and offer 12MP f/1.8 sensors that shoot simultaneously to offer a single high-resolution image with 10x more light.
The images which will be captured will offer at least 60MP of imaging data which can then be edited as per the preference of the user, and here preloaded Adobe Lightroom app or Google Photos can come to be useful. The phone will also come with an updated Pro Camera UI which will offer more control while taking pictures.
The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 845 chipset which will be used completely during capturing photos and other imaging workloads. It has a 5.99-inch 2K pOLED display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and there are symmetrical bezels on the top and bottom. It also used a PureDisplay technology which brings HDR10 support. It uses a Qi wireless charging as well as an in-display fingerprint sensor.
