OnePlus 7T launched in Indi

With Triple Rear Camera

OnePlus finally launched its ‘OnePlus 7T’ smartphone in India. This latest flagship offering succeeds OnePlus 7 which was launched in June earlier this year. Coming out on expected lines, OnePlus 7T has been launched with what can be dubbed as incremental performance upgrade as well as few improvements made to the camera.

As a starting price, OnePlus 7T will be available at Rs 37,999. The premium 256GB model, on the other hand, is offered at Rs 39,999. The phone went on sale in India on September 28 and is made available on OnePlus.in, Amazon India, and OnePlus Experience Stores.

Features and full specifications

This latest model is not too different from the predecessor but, yes, there are few tweaks made. For instance, the latest model has a 90Hz display and has an HDR 10+ support. Also, there is a unique 20:9 aspect ratio. Apart from this, the smartphone offers higher screen-to-body ratio with 31.46% smaller waterdrop notch on the front. As far as the display is concerned, OnePlus 7T has 6.55-inch full HD+ display with 402 PPI and 3D Corning Glass.

One of the most visible changes made to the phone is on the back panel. There is the familiar matte-frosted glass panel but, along with it, it also has a triple-lens setup.

Description of camera

If we take a look at the upgraded camera, we see three rear sensors – 12-megapixel (2x optical zoom with f/2.2), 48-megapixel (Sony IMX586, f/1.6 aperture, OIS), and 16-megapixel (117-degree ultra-wide-angle lens).

Apart from this, there is the usual dedicated Nightscape and several other modes; OnePlus 7T offers a hybrid image stabilisation (a combination of Optical Image Stabilisation and Electronic Image Stabilisation).

Flip the phone around, and OnePlus 7T has a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 camera for selfies.
As far as the performance is concerned, OnePlus 7T has Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 855+ processor which touted to deliver 15 per cent faster graphics rendering and better LTE connectivity.
It houses a 3,800mAh battery. Also, the phone has up to 8GB of RAM and comes in 128GB and 256GB storage options.
