The new Vivo phone will be priced under Rs 20,000
Vivo has launched the V17 Neo. After dropping plenty of teasers, the smartphone has finally been released by the company. It got its official launch in Russia and it is the same phone which was launched as the Vivo Y7s in China and Vivo S1 in Indonesia a couple of months ago. Also, the same phone will be rolled out in India on August 7 as Vivo S1.
The key takeaways of the phone will be the triple rear cameras, massive battery, water-drop notch display, gradient design, among other things.
The Vivo V17 Neo is priced at RUB 19,990 in Russia which roughly translates to Rs 21,600. In India, the Vivo S1 has all the same specs as Vivo V17 Neo and is expected to be launched at under the Rs 20,000 bracket. If all the rumours and leaks are to be believed, the Vivo V17 Neo will be launched in one variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Also, it will come out in two colours – Pearl Blue and Brilliant Black.
The Vivo V17 Neo is packed with a 6.38-inch S-AMOLED Display which has a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Also, the phone offers a screen-to-body ratio of around 90 per cent. The phone comes powered with 12nm MediaTek Helio P65 octa-core chipset and is also coupled with 6GB RAM as well as 128GB of internal storage. It also has an in-display fingerprint sensor.
It has three cameras on the back and single sensor on the front which is located inside the waterdrop notch. If we take a look at the rear panel, we see a 16-megapixel Sony IMX499 primary sensor, 8-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
On the front, the phone has a 32-megapixel image sensor for clicking selfies. The battery is awesome – it comes with a 4500mAh battery that supports 18W dual-engine fast charging.
